It’s no secret that I have a thing for wetting the bed. It isn’t just a sex thing, either, by the way. Its origin is puzzling because I was not a bed wetter growing up, did not have any issues with potty training, and it has never been something that has happened to me as an adult. In fact, I can’t seem to really make it happen even when I try (except for recently when it happened for the first time when staying at a friend’s house (who is also ABDL don’t worry)).
Since indulging in this fixation of mine over the past year and a half, there have been periods where I will spend a week or two putting in a solid effort to setup all the right conditions every night to induce wetting the bed, but then will give up or lose interest for a few weeks, and repeat the cycle. I wanted a way to meticulously track all of the factors that I thought could possibly influence the success of my attempts, and hopefully find patterns of what works and what doesn’t. Things like the amount of water drank or substances taken before bed, whether putting a pad down subconsciously helps, etc. I find this also helps me to stay motivated to keep on trying because I personally love creating and filling out spreadsheets. I have spreadsheets for almost everything! Autism!

So dear reader, please feel free to use the tracker sheet I created that is very needlessly detailed and specific, and maybe you can find some hidden patterns in your own journey. The sheet can also be used if you are wetting the bed and want to -stop- wetting the bed, as well! I will also be creating another post soon detailing the exact methods I have been using to train myself into wetting the bed (based on a method by someone who has successfully trained themselves to do it more or less on command).
